Si saliva, con le corde, su ghiacciai che oggi sono quasi scomparsi. Qui sulla Marmolada un gruppo di
donne in cordata ce l’ha fatta: è salita in alto, sulla “Regina delle Dolomiti”, sopra i tremila metri, per una
impresa tanto faticosa quanto emozionante.

On Glaciers Now Gone
They ascended, with ropes, on glaciers that are now nearly gone. Here on the Marmolada, a group of
women roped together succeeded: they ascended high up, on the "Queen of the Dolomites," above three
thousand meters, in an endeavor as arduous as it was thrilling.
